Congratulations to the Consulting Editor of Radiologic Clinics
Elsevier would like to congratulate Frank H. Miller, MD, Consulting Editor of the Radiologic Clinics , as he was formally invested as the Lee F. Rogers, MD, Professor of Medical Education at Northwestern University Feinberg School of Medicine. The ceremony took place July 23, 2015. Dr. Miller also is professor of radiology at the Feinberg School, division chief and fellowship director in the Division of Body Imaging, and medical director of magnetic resonance (MR) imaging at Northwestern Memorial Hospital.
Marc S. Levine, MD, chief of gastrointestinal radiology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania, served as Dr. Miller’s extoller for the special evening. Dr. Levine described Dr. Miller as the “rare triple threat,” serving as a prolific researcher, a superb teacher, and a world-class clinician all at once.
Throughout his career, Dr. Miller has been an active teacher, mentoring more than 100 MR body imaging fellows in his role as fellowship director at Northwestern. Dr. Miller’s research interests mainly relate to abdominal MR and CT, especially pancreatic and hepatobiliary imaging, and oncologic imaging, including assessment of response to interventional therapy.
